Steadfast was born from two years of anxiety, postpartum depression, and a slow journey out of the dark. What started as simple melodies written to help me memorize scripture alongside a small group of women turned into a rhythm of healing—two songs a week, just small obediences stacked on top of each other. As the darkness lifted, I began to write with more intention and wonder, asking not just how to memorize a verse, but how to reflect its meaning musically.
This album is a creative monument to God’s kindness, his patience, his presence, and the power of his Word to reframe everything. These songs helped steady me as I took the smallest steps forward. I pray they do the same for you.

Lamplight began as a personal project during the preschool years, just simple scripture songs recorded on my phone to help my daughters learn verses alongside the alphabet. Soon they were singing them everywhere — in the car, at the table, getting dressed — so I started recording them more intentionally. When friends and family began asking for copies, I realized this little idea could serve more than just my home.
The album includes 26 scripture memory songs (one for each letter of the alphabet) with verses from both the Old and New Testaments. The melodies are designed to stick with kids and arranged to be enjoyable for adults. It’s playful, grounding, and hopefully a helpful resource for families to incorporate God’s Word into the everyday.
